What runes to buy when you become level 20
Many new League of Legends players don’t know how to spend
their ip. Runes, Champions, more rune
pages, and sometimes ward skins, there are many things you can buy.
So I am here to solve your problems!
1.
Don’t buy any tier 1 and tier 2 runes!
If you are under level 20, don’t
buy any tier 1 and tier 2 runes. Tier 1
and tier 2 runes are cheap but you won’t be using them when you are level
30.
2.
Don’t buy champions every time you have some
ip.
You have to save some ip for runes
so don’t use all your ip. Buy maybe 1
expensive champion and few cheap champions that you really want to play, and
save rest ip for runes. When you become
level 20, you will face players with runes.
If you don’t have runes while your enemy has almost full rune set, you
will surely have hard time playing.
3.
When you first buy runes, buy runes that can be
used by as many champions possible.
When you are low level, you still
don’t have many champions and you might not know what kind of champs you are
good at. So buy runes that can be used
by many champs.
Here are some runes that many
people use and that can be used by almost all champions that are in same
category.

There are many different rune
setting you can go, but this setting will cost you the least ip since you can
use same seal and glyph for other types of champions too.

Getting ad runes for ad champions
will benefit you in many ways: easy cs, and hits harder with skills. Because minions don’t have much armor,
getting attack damage helps more for taking cs.
You could get Greater Mark of Armor Penetration for late game if you
feel like taking cs is easy.

Add gold quintessence runes if you
want to play support. Because supports don’t
take any cs, it’s best to get gold runes so they can buy wards and other
items. Investing on gold mastery will
synergize well with the gold rune. On
Mark, you can use many different runes depending on your support’s role. You can choose one of those three marks.
